- Bookings
Bookings will only be considered valid if accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Guests are required to settle the full payment at the reception upon arrival, including the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day for a maximum of 10 nights, payable in cash. Children under 11 years of age are exempt (unless otherwise specified by the municipality of Peschici).
- Payment Methods
Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit cards (excluding American Express), and cash.
Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
- Cancellations and No-Show
Cancellations must be made via email at least 30 days before the start of the stay. In this case, 50% of the deposit paid will be retained.
No refunds will be given for early departures, regardless of the reason.
Cancellations made between 0 and 29 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.
Bookings canceled between 0 and 7 days before arrival, as well as late arrivals or early departures, will require full payment for the reserved period.
In the case of a late arrival, the accommodation will be held until midnight on the day of arrival unless otherwise communicated. After this time, the management reserves the right to rent the accommodation to others without any obligation of reimbursement or compensation.
- Security Deposit
Upon key collection, a security deposit of €100.00 is required, which will be returned upon departure after an inspection by the management.
- The number of occupants must not exceed the number indicated at the time of booking under any circumstances.
Extra beds cannot be added, and no additional guests will be allowed during the stay.
- Visitors are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are expected to take great care of the plants and flowers on the property.
- The management is not responsible for items left unattended in the apartments.
- Silence must be observed between the hours of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
